Eighty-four (84) children (44-M-40F) participated in the assessment process thereby contributing to children expressing their views in matters affecting them.

Five (5) businesses signed commitment letters and Child Protection Policies.

Formation of the first ever technical working group in Mansa where GFC further oriented stakeholders on CRBP and presented their action plan clearly indicating the support needed from the stakeholders also indicating which CRBPs the CSOs would need businesses to mainstream.

This was the first TWG in Mansa district aside from the one in Nchelenge district

Under CRBP, Group Focused Consultations held a stakeholder meeting to guide other key stakeholders such as traditional leaders where the senior headman Chinananda was in attendance, including representatives from other CSOs and Government line ministries who were in turn oriented on CRBPs

The chief presides over thirteen (13) headmen under Mulenshi ward in Mansa district

Under CRBP, Care for Nature in Mansa as part of their action plans lobbied to have zero tolerance in the mining sector where Children from St. Clements participated in the meeting.

The CSO partners under the Child Right and Business Principles developed advocacy plans that were in turn printed and distributed to the CSOs for their use in guiding. enforcing, advancing and monitoring CRBPs amongst businesses in the operational districts.

Eighty-four (84) children (44-M-40F) participated in the assessment of businesses’ impact on children’s rights thereby contributing to enhanced child participation 

Under the NCRF project, forty-two (42) children in Lusaka presented their position paper from the analysis of the 2023 budget. Their analysis was focused on three key child centered sectors such as education, health and social protection and environmental protection. In their analysis the children stated their observations and further provided their recommendations to represented Ministries under the Ministry of Education, Green Economy and Community Development.
